THE PROJECT
Extent Heritage, working on behalf of PDG and in accordance with Heritage Victoria approvals, have made some very interesting discoveries during our recent excavations at the Munro site, located opposite the Queen Victoria Market in central Melbourne.
The Munro site is a key project in the City of Melbourne’s $250 million Queen Victoria Market Precinct Renewal Program.
In one of Australia’s most sustainable mixed use developments, the site will include the city’s largest new community hub, affordable apartments and parking for market customers as well as residential apartments and boutique hotel.
