This Friday February 2, archaeologists, heritage practitioners, Traditional Owners and other stakeholders will gather at La Trobe University in Melbourne for the 2024 Victorian Archaeology Colloquium.

Bringing together experts and knowledge holders from across the spectrum of archaeology and heritage, the one-day gathering is an opportunity to hear a range of talks and presentations from across Australia. ‘

Over the years the Colloquium has become the one event of the year when the whole community comes together,’ says Extent Heritage Associate Director and Manager of our Sea Country unit, Erica Walther. ‘We use it as an opportunity to catch up and stay on top of the consulting work and the scientific work we’re doing. We can catch up with colleagues and peers. It's unmissable!’
